OPTIONS TO REGISTER
Online Registration

Click on the button above to go to the ClubSpark platform to register. You can join through the Membership tab at the top or click on the About Membership button further down on the Home page. Method of payment is e-transfer to crystalbeachtennis@gmail.com (auto deposit is set up).

Paper Registration

Click on the button above to access the printable version of the registration form. Preferred method of payment is e-transfer, cheque also accepted. Instructions for payment and drop off are on the form. NOTE: the form is two pages and waiver must be signed to be accepted.

Identification Tags

Once payment is confirmed, members will receive an ID tag to "tag up" on the board at the courts when they arrive for their reservation. Membership tags are NOT transferable. The password for the gate lock is to be kept strictly confidential to members only.

ClubSpark

ClubSpark is the online booking system being used by CBTC. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email from the ClubSpark system. Once payment has been confirmed by CBTC, your account will be activated and you will be able to book courts up to 3 days in advance.
